MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
There are a number of ways to make an appointment with me. Whatever you are most comfortable with is cool!
My preferred method of booking is to DM me on Instagram. (@mcconnelltattoo)
The second way is to contact me through e-mail at mcconnelltattoo@gmail.com.
You may also call North Jersey Tattoo at (973) 453-6178. I do not share my personal phone number.
Lastly, just stop by! See my hours to see when I’ill be around.
A deposit of $80 is required at the time of booking. This will come off the full price of the tattoo at final payment on the day of your appointment.
If your tattoo takes longer than expected, don’t worry! We can stay late to finish up.
I also take walk-ins, and actually prefer this instead of making an appointment if you want something small and simple. Call ahead if you want to know if I have time.
If you are booking for a custom design, your drawing will be ready on the day of your appointment. (There's no guarantee that your drawing will be done earlier) If you want to see it before the day-of, you can contact me to see if it would be possible. You will need to come and see it in-person and may not take a photo of it. (This protects me from having my artwork stolen) If you’d like any changes to your drawing on the day of your appointment, we can make them the same day.
Pricing
GENERAL
Most pieces are priced based on size and detail. Sessions for larger pieces, like sleeve-work, will be priced by the hour at $175 per hour. Please note that NJ sales tax will be added to the final price.
TINY TATTOOS
Tiny tattoos are priced at a minimum of $100. Please be aware that tiny tattoos on more difficult areas of the body (fingers, the face, etc.) will be priced at a higher rate.
THE THING ABOUT FINGERS
Fingers are priced at a minimum of $100 per finger, no matter the size or detail of the desired design. Due to the nature of the skin in these areas, tattoos on fingers and hands are not guaranteed to stay in the skin, so touch-ups will be charged for.
Please don’t forget that tattooing is a service. If you’re happy with your service, please tip your artist if you have the means!
