Hello there, I’m Jake, a tattoo artist based in northern New Jersey with nearly ten years of experience as a full-time career tattooer. I specialize in a broad range of styles from black and gray to full-color neo-traditional and take a more illustrative approach to subjects of nature, space, and more. Tattooing is something I’ve wanted to do since I was a young teen spending time at tattoo shops with my dad while he got tattooed. After two semesters of building foundational skills at Monserrat, I began my apprenticeship in the summer of 2015 and began tattooing full-time a year later. In the years since, I’ve built a consistent client base and continue to experiment with different styles and focus on more large scale custom work.
